"Just as well," she hummed to
herself while nestling onto a fallen branch. Moments later, like the softest
rain, the lights of the first spring day began twinkling through the forest trees. For the first time in ages, the Oradera flower began
to stir. Sleepily, it stretched open it’s silky white petals revealing its
magnificence to Madam Vu.
"What’s the point INDEED!" she thought to herself as she sat in a happy trance - until the stillness of the forest broke.
Frightened, Madam Vu changed her image into that of a wild forest flower and blended in with the growth around her.
She waited. And she watched.
While observing her surroundings, she noticed a gentle movement in the hollow of a nearby tree. Sensing all was safe, she turned herself back into her fairy form and slowly she crawled to the tree. As she peeked inside and to her great surprise, she was greeted with a smile and a coo from a unique looking fairling.
